Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with users to understand their concerns, analyze system performance, and implement solutions that enhance overall efficiency and user satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of the systems you support, contributing to the organization's success through your problem-solving skills and proactive approach. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development best practices. - Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration. - Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration and collaboration features. - Knowledge of SharePoint security and permissions management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
