Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and our systems or applications. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our systems operate seamlessly. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to maintain high-quality service and support, while also leveraging your deep product knowledge to design effective resolutions for client challenges. Your role is essential in fostering a positive client experience and ensuring the reliability of our world-class systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their understanding of system operations. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and resolutions to improve future support efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network and Operations. - Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve technical issues effectively. - Experience with network configuration and management tools. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Software Defined Network and Operations. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
