Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application solutions meet business needs, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are not only functional but also efficient and scalable, while maintaining a focus on quality and user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end architecture for Agentic AI-based solutions, including system design, integration, deployment, and performance optimization. • Conduct deep technical workshops and architecture discussions with client architects and technology teams. • Design and architect solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Co-Pilot Studio, leveraging LLM orchestration patterns and multi-agent frameworks. • Integrate Agentic AI systems with existing RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and enterprise automation ecosystems. • Serve as the bridge between Intelligent Automation and AI, ensuring architectural consistency, reusability, and compliance. • Evaluate and recommend tools, libraries, and patterns for prompt engineering, memory, agent workflows, tool use, and observability. • Build reusable architectural blueprints and reference models tailored for various industries (Life Sciences, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.). • Work closely with cross-functional teams: Delivery, Capability, Product Engineering, and Pre-Sales to shape client solutions. • Stay abreast of evolving LLM and Agentic AI ecosystem trends, advising clients on emerging technologies and their adoption roadmap. Key Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: • 10+ years of experience in technology architecture with a minimum of 1 year in Agentic AI and LLM-based applications. • Deep understanding and implementation experience with: LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio (or other orchestration platforms). • Strong grasp on LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), tool calling, memory management, chaining, and vector databases. • Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, AA, Blue Prism) and Intelligent Automation integration patterns. • Strong in cloud-native design (Azure/AWS/GCP) and architecture best practices. • Proven ability to lead architecture governance and technical strategy with clients. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a client-facing role. Preferred: • Exposure to prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and knowledge graphs. • Experience in domains like Life Sciences, Finance, or Manufacturing where automation + AI is key. • Certifications in Architecture (e.g., TOGAF), RPA (UiPath, AA), or GenAI (Microsoft/OpenAI stack). Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
