Summary: As an Advanced Application Engineer, We are seeking an experienced Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Architect to design, implement, and optimize customer data analytics solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and CJA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, data integration, and customer journey mapping, with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Solution Design & Architecture: Configure and implement Adobe Customer Journey Analytics including connection with AEP - Define schemas, data views, and calculated metrics in CJA to support business reporting needs - Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to monitor KPIs and customer journeys. - Data Management & Integration - Work with AEP datasets, data ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution to ensure data accuracy and completeness - Collaborate with data engineering teams to align on ETL processes and ensure correct dataset mapping into CJA - Ensure governance, tagging standards, and data quality compliance - Analysis & Insights: - Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer behavior across channels to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities - Build and automate customer journey reports that highlight conversion paths, drop-off points, and multi-touch attribution - Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform marketing, product, and CX strategies. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to define tracking requirements - Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for CJA within the organization - Conduct training sessions and create documentation for internal teams on CJA usage and best practices Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Analytics. - Experience on Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics - Marketing Automation, Transformation projects - Data Integrations/Engineering, Experience with APIs (REST, Open APIs) - Data Architecture, analysis, ingestions, modeling and mapping - Scripting experience on Python or Java Scripting or Node.JS - Adobe Certified Professional / Expert in Customer Journey Analytics. - Demonstrate understanding of Data Ingestion, Developer Console - Complex SQL or NoSQL experience - Expertise on various kinds of Data Handling - JSON, Parquet etc. - Client facing experience Additional Information: - The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics, with at least 3 year in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. - Strong knowledge of identity resolution, data joins, and connection setup in CJA - Proficiency in building Workspace projects, segments, calculated metrics, and visualizations - Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights - Experience in customer journey mapping, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis - Excellent communication and presentation skills - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
