Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Scrum Master Experience: 6–10 years Responsibilities • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering Leads to ensure backlog clarity and sprint readiness. • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) to stakeholders. • Shield the team from external interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goals. • Support cross-team coordination and dependency management across frontend, backend, DevSecOps, QA, and AI/LLM teams. • Promote Agile best practices and help scale Agile processes as the team grows. Skills & Experience • 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification. • Proven experience working with SaaS, microservices, and multi-cloud product teams. • Strong understanding of Agile metrics, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools. • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills. • Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple workstreams. • Experience in projects involving AI/LLM integration, workflow automation, or enterprise systems like SAP. • Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and QA automation. • Exposure to tools like Camunda, n8n, or OpenProject. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of team dynamics and conflict resolution. - Ability to coach and mentor team members effectively. - Experience in using project management tools to track progress and performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Scrum. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
