Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that the developed solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software applications that support business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, MySQL, Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong experience in application design and development within complex business environments.
- Ability to configure and customize software solutions to meet diverse business requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
