, Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support the project effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the development process, while fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members to enhance overall team performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle. - Experience in integrating Siemens Teamcenter with other enterprise applications. - Familiarity with programming languages relevant to software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
