Performance Engineer
Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Good to have skills : Salesforce Sales Cloud

Summary: As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to analyze performance metrics, developing strategies to enhance application performance, and ensuring that the software development lifecycle is optimized for performance. You will also focus on capacity planning and application performance management, contributing to problem detection and resolution to ensure a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement performance testing strategies to ensure optimal application performance. - Analyze performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing using Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Testing, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, RLM. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. - Expertise in Correlation, Parameterization and handle multiple web protocol. - Experience in capacity planning and application performance management. - Proficient in diagnosing and resolving performance-related issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy with Salesforce Experience is required. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15-year full time education is required.
