Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and gathering detailed requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
