, Summary: We are actively seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to spearhead Infrastructure Automation and Cloud Platform Management efforts. The ideal candidate will architect, implement, and sustain infrastructure solutions through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP). This role requires deep technical mastery, strong team collaboration, and a focus on delivering automation, scalability, and operational reliability in a fast-paced, international environment. Infrastructure Automation (IaC): Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code leveraging tools such as Terraform and Ansible for provisioning and managing cloud resources on Azure and AWS (GCP and Ali Cloud experience advantageous). Automate deployment and configuration for core components including VNets, Subnets, NSGs, VMs, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Storage Accounts, DBaaS, AKS, and related cloud services. Ensure all deployments are repeatable, idempotent, and version-controlled following organizational standards. CI/CD Pipeline Development & Management: Build, refine, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (preferably with Azure DevOps Pipelines) to drive automated infrastructure deployments, robust testing, validation, and controlled release cycles. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define requirements, plan sprints, and manage sprint backlogs and user stories in line with Agile methodologies. Take ownership of backlog grooming, user story development, and prioritization to support timely project delivery. Implement and support blue/green deployment and rollback strategies; integrate DevSecOps practices for compliance and security within pipelines. Cloud Platform Management & Optimization: Deploy and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana) to ensure availability and proactive incident detection. Engage in capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization of cloud resources. Create and update detailed documentation covering infrastructure architectures, automation scripts, and operational workflows. Educational Qualifications and Technical Competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar domain. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS (VMs, Networking, Storage, SQL, App Services, AKS, Functions); Azure certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible. Demonstrated proficiency with Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Repos, and GitHub. Professional Skills: Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities. Proven track record of effective performance in global, matrixed organizations and multicultural teams. Self-motivated with exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills in high-velocity settings.
