Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Network JD – Summary We are seeking a skilled Network Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and maintaining network environments and working on network implementation projects. Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls is required, along with familiarity with cloud platforms. Manage team of network engineers across regions. Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with teams to develop network strategies. • Should know how to lead and deliver network engagements across different implementation approaches including exceptional understanding of client business processes. • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure for optimal performance. • Conduct network assessments to identify vulnerabilities. • Document network configurations and procedures. • Should know how to lead business case creation for network design to implementation projects. • Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to tools, practices, and maturity • Identify Automation possibilities and drive automation projects. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong troubleshooting skills with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls • Familiarity with cloud platforms • Expertise in at least two areas: switching, routing, or SDWAN, Wireless, Load balancer, working knowledge of the others. • Production network monitoring experience required (lab-only experience not accepted) Additional Information Professional Attributes: - Manage technical resources team. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Able to work independently and take initiative. - Proven workload management & Flexibility in 24/7 shifts - Skilled in collaborative problem-solving and clearly communicating technical issues and solutions to stakeholders.
