Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As a migration support analyst, you will focus on ensuring smooth transitions of data and systems, during M365 tenant to tenant migration. This role involves analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maximize migration rates and manage tracking and governance data points during migrations and the readiness phases. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to have Strong analytical skills to solve complex data challenges. • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, MS Lists, and MS Forms. • Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Skilled in managing tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines. • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders. • Effective collaboration with IT, project managers, and end-users. • Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements. • Proficient with data migration tools, scripting languages, and databases. • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies. • Adaptable to shifting priorities and migration requirements. Additional Information The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Jaipur - A 15-year full time education is required.
