Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary: You will be responsible for designing, scripting, executing, and analyzing performance tests across web and enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks, contribute to reusable testing components, and support performance tuning efforts. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: • Understand performance test requirements and design appropriate test scenarios. • Develop performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. • Execute performance tests, monitor system resources, and capture key performance metrics. • Perform root cause analysis for performance issues and collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for resolution. • Document findings, support defect resolution, and ensure traceability of performance issues. • Contribute to the development of reusable components and performance test frameworks. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must Have Skills: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing and analysis. • Proficiency in scripting with JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. • Good understanding of HTTP protocols, APIs, databases, and web application architecture. • Familiarity with APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and basic scripting (Python, Shell) is a plus. • Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills. Additional Information: • A 15 year full-time education is required.
