Summary: As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will engage with client project teams to offer your expertise in functional, technical, and industry-specific areas. Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams to ensure that solutions are designed and delivered effectively, while also addressing any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through the complexities of the industry, ensuring that best practices are followed and that the client's needs are met with precision and care. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Assist in the development of project documentation and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D. - Strong understanding of research methodologies and clinical trial processes. - Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in life sciences. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets related to life sciences. - Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
