Role: .NET MVC Technical Lead Summary: As a .NET MVC Technical Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications aligned with business requirements. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality output, timely delivery, and adherence to best practices. Your role involves strategic decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in .NET MVC technologies and application architecture Lead and manage a team of developers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance Own technical decisions and ensure alignment with business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable solutions Resolve complex technical issues and guide the team through problem-solving Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshops Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Deep expertise in ASP.NET MVC and C# Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns Experience in leading development teams and managing deliverables Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with SQL Server and database design Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Additional Information: Minimum 7+ years of experience in .NET development, with at least 2 years in a lead role Location: India Full-time education of 15 years required
