Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Dialogflow CX (DFCX) Engineer with strong python programming expertise to join our team. As a DFCX Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX, while leveraging your Java skills to build and integrate backend services. Key Responsibilities: • Conversational AI Development: o Design, develop, and optimize conversational experiences using Google Dialogflow CX. o Create and manage intents, entities, flows, and fulfillment logic to deliver intuitive chatbot and voice bot solutions. • Java Development: o Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code to integrate Dialogflow CX with external systems and APIs. o Develop backend services and middleware for chatbot data handling, session management, and fulfillment. • System Integration: o Work with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud services to ensure seamless integration between Dialogflow CX and enterprise systems. o Configure webhook services to manage dynamic responses and integrate business logic. • Testing and Optimization: o Conduct unit testing leveraging DFCX test simulator, integration, and performance testing to ensure high-quality conversational solutions. o Monitor, analyze, and refine chatbot performance using analytics and feedback loops. • Collaboration and Documentation: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions. o Document processes, workflows, and best practices for future scalability and maintenance. Qualifications and Skills: • Technical Skills: o For level 8: Candidate should have over 10 years of IT experience in Java with minimum of 5 years exp in Google DFCX o For level 9: Candidate should have over 7 years of IT experience in Java with minimum of 4 years exp in Google DFCX o Proven experience with Google Dialogflow CX, including flow design and integration. o Create and manage intents, entities, flows, and fulfillment logic to deliver intuitive chatbot and voice bot solutions. o Strong programming skills in Java, with a focus on backend development. o Expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) concepts like Cloud run, Artifactory, Big query, Cloud storage & Vertex AI o Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data exchange protocols (e.g., JSON, XML). o Knowledge of Git Hub. o Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational design principles. • Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. o Ability to work collaboratively in an agile team environment. o Excellent communication and documentation skills. o Selected Candidates should be willing to work in shift B till about 11:30 PM IST and occasional weekend shifts • Comments: o Note to recruiter: Please do not tag pure Google AI/ML services person, Supply we need someone who knows both AI/ML services and Google DFCX Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
