Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and translating findings into design solutions that enhance usability and satisfaction. You will also engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the development cycle, ultimately contributing to the creation of intuitive and effective user interfaces. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative design thinking. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
