Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements & you will be responsile for Trade Booking Controls (Contract). Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the client's strategic goals. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes, ensuring that all proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the client's objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Engage with stakeholders across Global Markets (Trading and Middle Office), Operations, and Legal teams to gather and document requirements - Perform thorough analysis of business needs and translate into comprehensive functional specifications - Prepare business and functional documentation using Confluence and manage requirements in JIRA - Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Wholesale Control Office, Middle Office and Operations to deliver Swap Dealer program - Analyze production queries working with Production Services teams to resolve business issues - Prepare test scenarios and help validate functionalities during implementation - Direct business interaction with trading desks and operational teams globally - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices for business analysis and requirements gathering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Key Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities - Must To Have Skills: - 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience in financial services - Trade processing systems experience, particularly in swaps trading - Strong knowledge of US regulations including Dodd-Frank and related derivatives regulations - Experience with Confluence and JIRA for documentation and requirement management - Cross-functional collaboration experience with trading, operations, and technology teams - Ability to understand data flows and system architecture at a high level. - Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis with Liquidity Regulatory Reporting. - Liquidity reports such as LCR (Liquidity Coverage Ratio), NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio). - ALMM (Additional Liquidity Monitoring Metrics), and other jurisdiction- specific returns. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. - Ability to develop detailed business cases and project plans. - Experience in stakeholder management and engagement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
