Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in the Java programming language Java 8 or later ,with experience in the Flowable BPM platform to help us design and automate business processes. -Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. -Experience with Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot and microservices. -Familiarity with data persistence frameworks like Hibernate. -Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL - Typical responsibilities include developing and maintaining Java applications using Flowable, gathering and analyzing process requirements, modeling processes with BPMN, CMMN, and DMN, and integrating Flowable with existing systems using APIs. -The role also involves testing, debugging, ensuring performance, and creating documentation. -Workflow development: Design, develop, and implement BPM and workflow solutions using the Flowable platform. -Requirement analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. -System integration: Integrate Flowable solutions with other enterprise systems and external APIs. -Customization: Implement customizations and extensions of the Flowable platform to meet specific business needs. -Testing and maintenance: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of the applications. -Performance optimization: Optimize the performance and scalability of BPM applications. -Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flowcharts and design documents. -API utilization: Use Flowable's Java and REST APIs to interact with the process engine Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
