Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in application engineering. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor M3 Process Manufacturing & Distro, Technical Writing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Technical Documentation. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application performance issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infor M3 Process Manufacturing & Distro. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
