Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either from start to finish or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. You will leverage your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of Apex programming and Visualforce pages. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks. - Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques. - Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
