, Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application projects and fostering a collaborative environment. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract backend engineers with Java or Python expertise. - Collaborate with engineering and recruitment teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. - Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and tech forums to identify and engage potential candidates. - Create compelling content (emails, job posts, social media snippets) tailored to backend developers. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better reach and conversion. - Build and maintain a talent community for backend engineers. Professional and Technical Experience: - Strong understanding of backend technologies, especially Java or Python. - Familiarity with developer ecosystems, tools, and communities. - Excellent communication and content creation skills. - Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign success. - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, HR, and marketing teams. - Should have experience on technologies such as Python, Machine Learning Algorithms, Optimization Algorithms, Rule Mining, Model Training/Deployment - Should have experience on technologies such as Computer Vision, LLM, Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, SQL, Cloud Platform (Azure), MLOps Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. - A 15-year full time education is required.
