Project Role Description : Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will utilize quality processes and automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement automation methodologies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing processes, and continuously improving the overall quality engineering function. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that streamline testing operations and enhance product quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in test automation. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in scripting and programming languages relevant to test automation. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
