Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables, while overseeing the technical aspects of application development to meet client requirements and organizational standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management processes within utility industries.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP for Utilities CRM.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP for Utilities CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
