Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The role also includes overseeing the integration of components and managing the overall application lifecycle from conception through deployment and support, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards throughout the development process.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable and maintainable applications using Spring Boot framework.
- In-depth knowledge of application architecture, microservices, and RESTful web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring security best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
