Summary As a Tech Arch Lead, candidate will be responsible for Integration Strategy & Design, System & Application Integration, Technical Leadership, System Performance & Optimization and Documentation & Governance. Roles & Responsibilities - Integration Strategy & Design: - Define and design integration architecture, patterns, and solutions that enable efficient data flow and communication across systems and platforms. - Develop integration strategies, including real-time, batch, and hybrid approaches, tailored to the needs of the business. - Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for integrations, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. - System & Application Integration: - Architect and oversee the implementation of integration solutions using Spring Integration - Knowledge of any tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi is a plus. - Ensure API-driven and microservices-based architectures are leveraged for internal and external integrations. - Technical Leadership: - Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related architecture and technical decisions. - Review code and designs, ensuring quality and alignment with enterprise standards. - System Performance & Optimization: - Monitor and optimize integration performance, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions for improvement. - Ensure that integration architecture adheres to security best practices and complies with industry standards. - Documentation & Governance: - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration flows, architectural diagrams, and API specifications. - Establish integration governance frameworks, ensuring the integrity, security, and reliability of integrations across the organization. Professional & Technical Skills - Familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architectures and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) as they relate to integration deployments. - Experience with data streaming and real-time integration frameworks such as Apache Kafka or AWS Kinesis. - Understanding of DevOps practices in CI/CD pipelines for deploying integration solutions. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. - A proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail. - Adaptability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and technologies. - 5+ years of experience in a technical architect or integration architect role. - Strong experience with integration platforms and middleware technologies. - Expertise in API management platforms (e.g., AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management). - Experience with SOAP, RESTful APIs, and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ. - Proficiency in working with various data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, Flat files) and transformation technologies (e.g., XSLT, XQuery). - Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data processing systems. - Strong understanding of security practices (OAuth, OpenID, JWT, etc.) in integration scenarios. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
