Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among diverse project teams to enhance productivity.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience with cloud-native application design and deployment within the SAP Business Technology Platform environment.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and integration techniques.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using SAP BTP tools and services.
- Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks relevant to SAP BTP Application Development.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
