Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the IT function aligns with organizational goals. You will also focus on providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Analyze and assess current processes to identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Account Reconciliations. - Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes. - Experience with data integration and reporting tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in finance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream Account Reconciliations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
