- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex technical challenges impacting project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot database issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Familiarity with security management and user access controls within SAP HANA systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
