Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions and ensure that the applications align with business objectives while maintaining a user-centric approach. Your role will also include testing and validating designs to ensure they meet the specified requirements, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Develop and document application specifications and design documents. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google BigQuery, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
