Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives and enhancing team performance through effective leadership and communication. Roles & Responsibilities: -As the L1 OPS lead you will be responsible for: Team Leadership & Supervision • Lead and mentor a team of L1 support analysts (10-15 member team) • Monitor shift schedules and ensure 24x7 coverage. * Provide Shift rota and ensure analyst availability to client team requirements • Act as the first point of escalation for unresolved L1 issues. * Triage Major incidents and raise appropriate steps to start the resolution of them Service Delivery Management • Ensure timely resolution of tickets (incidents, service requests). • Track and report on SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics. • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for ticket escalations and knowledge sharing. * Adhere to Major Incident Management Procedures Process Adherence & Improvement • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. • Conduct root cause analysis for frequent incidents. Stakeholder Communication • Provide regular updates to management on team performance and incident trends. • Maintain communication with clients or internal users regarding major issues or outages. Tool & System Monitoring • Montor Tableau dashboards for scheduled jobs. • Ensure alerts and notifications are triaged promptly. • Basic understanding of ServiceNow. The candidate should have played the Proactive L1 Ops lead role who has owned responsibility of the L1 OPS team ensuring client satisfaction by having complete ownership of the activities Technical Skills • SQL / ETL • Service Now or any ticketing toolProcesses • L1 Operations management • Major Incident Management procedures Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools and ETL processes. - Strong understanding of database management and SQL. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Informatica workflows. - Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Informatica Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
