, Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring adherence to best practices in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. 1. Cash & Liquidity Management (CLM): • Design and implement SAP Cash Positioning and Liquidity Forecasting. • Configure and analyze electronic bank statements using CAMT.053, CAMT.052, and CAMT.054 formats. • Support daily cash visibility and liquidity planning processes. 2. Bank Account Management (BAM): • Implement and maintain the SAP BAM module for centralized bank account governance. • Set up approval workflows for bank account openings, changes, and closures. 3. Bank Communication Management (BCM): • Configure payment workflows, approval processes, and status monitoring in SAP BCM. • Integrate with banks using XML payment formats (PAIN.001) and SWIFT or host-to-host connections. 4. In-House Cash (IHC) & Payment-on-Behalf-of (POBO): • Set up and operate IHC centers to centralize payments and collections. • Implement POBO/COBO scenarios for intercompany transactions. • Support intercompany reconciliation and cash pooling structures. 5. Treasury and Risk Management (TPI / Transaction Manager): • Configure and manage TPI for recording and monitoring FX, Money Market, and Derivatives transactions. • Support valuation, settlement, and posting processes for financial instruments. 6. Market & Bank Communication (MBC): • Design integration between Market Data Providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) and SAP using MBC interfaces. • Automate the import of exchange rates, interest rates, and market quotes into SAP. 7. XML Payment File Integration: • Design and troubleshoot PAIN.001 (payments) and CAMT.054 (bank statement acknowledgements) XML formats. • Collaborate with technical teams and banks for file mapping, testing, and deployment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with integration processes and data management best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
