Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary: As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and meet business objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying scientific and technical knowledge, and leveraging practical experience to solve engineering problems effectively. You will engage in various activities, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes and share knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines. - Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Experience with technical documentation and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. -Take end-to-end responsibility for timely delivery of work orders. -Analyze source data available to create technical documentation, request additional -source from clients whenever needed. -Quality control for the created/Revised technical documents. -Creation and revision of AMM using standards like Ispec2200, S1000D. -Preparation of supporting Documents like Lessons learnt, RCA, Enhancement trainings and etc. -Mentoring the team. -Coordination calls with onsite coordinator and customer. -Overall experience of at least 3+ years. Experience in the field of Aircraft maintenance will be an advantage -Experienced in creation and revision of AMM -Should have knowledge of aerospace tech data process -Tools knowledge – GIPSY/GIDOCA/AIRINA/IMS/DACAS/AIRNAVX, will be an added advantage. -Knowledge on Airframe structure and General ATA chapters would be an added advantage. -Should be able to understand and use ASD-STE -Excellent understanding of ATA iSpec 2200 and S1000D standards -Analyzing and interpretation of engineering drawings and reports -Should have Aircraft and systems knowledge Additional Information: - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Qualification: - BE- Aero or AME course (Mechanical). -15 years full time education is required. - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills - Should be a strong team player.
