Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the Sitecore Application Development team for Rabobank, a prominent financial institution focused on improving customer experiences through innovative solutions. Your typical day will involve guiding your team in the design and development of Sitecore solutions, ensuring that projects are executed successfully while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving. You will engage with various stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, providing leadership and support to your team members as they navigate challenges and celebrate successes together. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sitecore Commerce. - Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and its components. - Experience in developing and implementing e-commerce solutions using Sitecore. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Sitecore Commerce. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
