Summary: As an Application Lead, you will oversee the Sitecore Application Development team for Rabobank, a prominent financial institution focused on improving customer experiences through innovative solutions. Your typical day will involve guiding your team in designing and developing Sitecore solutions, ensuring that projects are executed successfully while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving among team members. You will also engage with various stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, ensuring that the solutions delivered meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance skill development. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sitecore Commerce. - Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and its components. - Experience with e-commerce solutions and integrations. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sitecore. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Sitecore Commerce. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
