Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and propose innovative solutions that enhance the technology landscape. Your role will also include reviewing and refining architectural designs, ensuring they are robust and adaptable to future needs, while mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services. - Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns. - Ability to create and maintain architectural documentation. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
