Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing the overall system functionality and user experience. Key Responsibilities: -Design and develop responsive web applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. -Build and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE or SAP Business Application Studio, adhering to Fiori design guidelines. -Develop and expose backend services using ABAP and Core Data Services (CDS) views. -Integrate frontend applications with SAP backend systems via OData services and SAP Gateway. -Collaborate with SAP functional and ABAP teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -Ensure application performance, usability, and accessibility across devices. -Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across both frontend and backend components. -Maintain technical documentation and support end-user training. Required Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. -6-7 years of experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development. -Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MVC architecture. -Hands-on experience with ABAP programming, CDS views, and OData services. -Familiarity with SAP Fiori design guidelines and UX principles. -Experience with REST APIs and SAP Gateway integration. -Proficient in using Git, SAP Web IDE, or Business Application Studio. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6-7 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
