Summary: As a Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for delivering or supporting the delivery of contracts and programs. A typical day involves assigning and managing work assignments for the contract team, ensuring that service delivery meets quality standards while managing costs effectively. You will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and address any challenges that arise during the delivery process, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Oversee the coordination of tasks among team members to ensure timely completion of projects. - Monitor service delivery metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of incident management and response strategies. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages to enhance operational efficiency. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services to support reliability initiatives. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement monitoring solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
