Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in discussions to refine project goals and deliverables, ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall vision and objectives of the organization. Your role will also include reviewing progress, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring that the team remains focused and motivated throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager. - Familiarity with networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications for performance and cost efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
