, Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support projects and clients effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. Key responsibilities- 1. Understands 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade process and have prior hands on experience in performing upgrade between major versions. 2. Experience of doing 3 way compare and merge. 3. Provide regular and effective progress updates to and work closely with Development Project Managers to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues. 4. Understands 3DX Best practices for development. Mentors junior team on resolving complex issues and their queries. Technical Experience- 1. Experience on 3DEXPERIENCE 2022x or above solution design and delivery. 2. 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade process 3. Three way compare and merge 4. Exposure to 3DEXPERIENCE webservices. 5. Good to have working experience on Azure cloud. 6. Good to have understanding of CI/CD pipeline and package delivery in multi developoment teams environment 7. Experience with configuration and customization, EKL,Java, ADK,TCL, JSP, Spinner, MQL, DMC Professional Experience- 1. 7+ years of experience in 3DExperience PLM platform as developer 2. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively 3. Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers
