Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet user needs and business objectives. You will engage in discussions to gather requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the organization. You will also oversee the implementation of design principles and best practices, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and creativity within the team. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application design and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
