Summary: As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will develop and maintain quality processes while conducting reviews in collaboration with global Quality Assurance initiatives and processes. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, facilitating discussions to enhance processes, and implementing strategies that promote continuous improvement in quality assurance practices. You will also be responsible for analyzing feedback and metrics to drive quality enhancements, ensuring that the overall quality objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on quality assurance processes. - Develop and implement quality assurance metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with performance testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret performance testing results. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
