Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in developing and configuring software systems - Ensure the team follows best practices and delivers high-quality solutions - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - Strong understanding of SAP IBP functionalities - Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle - Knowledge of technologies and tools related to SAP IBP - Hands-on experience in configuring SAP IBP solutions Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full-time education is required
