Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. You will lead a team in software development projects and ensure successful delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in software development projects - Ensure successful delivery of software systems - Mentor junior professionals in the team Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization - Strong understanding of software development methodologies - Experience in configuring software systems - Knowledge of technologies related to product lifecycle management - Hands-on experience in software development tools and processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
