Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, developing business solutions, and structures to achieve the vision. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead cross-functional teams to drive business architecture initiatives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. - Develop and maintain business architecture models to guide strategic planning. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire DataHub. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture principles. - Experience in defining business strategies and roadmaps. - Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business architecture. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Guidewire DataHub. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
