Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain planning models in SAP Analytics Cloud, particularly focusing on headcount and workforce planning. • Build integrations between SAC Planning and SAP SuccessFactors to support end-to-end HR and Finance planning processes. • Ensure accurate mapping and alignment between HR data (e.g., FTE, cost centres, grades) and financial structures (e.g., cost planning, budgeting, forecasting). • Configure advanced calculations using Data Actions, Multi-Actions, and Advanced Formulas in SAC. • Support data modelling, validation, and transformation between SuccessFactors, & SAC • Develop compelling stories, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into workforce and financial performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to planning logic, data integration, or performance. Candidates should have a strong understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud's capabilities, including data modeling, planning, storytelling, and visualization. The ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify potential solutions, and implement them effectively is crucial. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders, documenting project progress, and facilitating team collaboration. Experience with SAP BusinessObjects, SAP HANA, and other related SAP products can be an advantage. ________________________________________ Key Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as an SAC Planning Developer, particularly in headcount planning. • Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data structures, including Employee Central. • Solid grasp of finance planning concepts such as OpEx, cost allocations, and budget vs. actuals. • Hands-on experience with data actions, allocations, version management, and custom calculations in SAC. • Good knowledge of data integration techniques using SAC Cloud Connector, SAP Datasphere • Ability to work across business and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Strong communication and documentation skills. Desirable: • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, or SAP Datasphere. • Prior experience working on projects involving both HR and Finance stakeholders. • Familiarity with SAC APIs or scripting (e.g., JavaScript in Analytics Designer) is a plus.
