Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Infrastructure Middleware L3 Specialist to join our healthcare IT operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the security, availability, and performance of middleware platforms that support healthcare applications, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), clinical systems, and patient care platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, problem-solving expertise, and a strong understanding of compliance-driven environments like HIPAA to maintain the robustness of our middleware landscape Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide L3-level support for middleware platforms in healthcare environments, ensuring minimal downtime for mission-critical systems including EHR, EMR, PACS, and HL7 integration services. Well versed with administration of Windows and Linux OS. Architect, configure, and maintain middleware solutions such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IBM MQ, IIS (Internet Information Services) integration engines. Troubleshoot complex system issues affecting real-time healthcare applications, ensuring rapid root cause identification and permanent resolution. Lead middleware upgrade cycles, patch management, and vulnerability remediation aligned with healthcare compliance and security standards. Automate middleware deployment and management processes using scripting tools like Python, Ansible, Shell. Collaborate with healthcare application owners, developers, and compliance teams to ensure middleware environments meet evolving business and regulatory needs. Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery exercises for healthcare-critical systems. Mentor and support L1/L2 infrastructure teams in a fast-paced, compliance-regulated setting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration, Apache Tomcat Administration, Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration, JBOSS Administration. - Strong understanding of server administration and maintenance. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues. - Knowledge of networking protocols and security measures. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 15-20 years of experience in enterprise middleware administration, with at least 5+ years in healthcare environments. Strong hands-on knowledge of: Application Servers: Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat and IIS. Messaging & Integration: IBM MQ, Kafka and JMS. Web Servers: Apache, Nginx and IIS. Proficiency in Unix/Linux system administration and shell scripting. Understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks like HIPAA Strong scripting and automation knowledge: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Shell. Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, in healthcare system contexts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clinical and non-clinical teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
