, Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and engaging in development work to meet client needs effectively. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Aura Components, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Apex programming language and its application in Salesforce. - Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and APIs. - Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling and management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
