Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the application design and development process - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management - Strong understanding of ITIL framework - Experience in leading application development projects - Knowledge of Agile methodologies - Good To Have Skills: ITIL certification Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
