Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring smooth communication among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: • Developing Winshuttle Applications: • Create and modify Winshuttle scripts, forms, and workflows to automate SAP transactions and data management tasks. • Design and implement solutions for data migration, mass updates, and reporting from SAP. • Utilize Winshuttle Studio, Composer, and Foundation to develop and deploy applications. • Data Management and Integration: • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between SAP and other systems using Winshuttle. • Ensure data quality and accuracy during data migration and updates. • Work with Excel or other tools to interact with SAP data. • Process Automation: • Automate repetitive tasks and workflows within SAP to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Design and implement solutions for batch processing and scheduling of SAP transactions. • Troubleshooting and Support: • Troubleshoot issues related to Winshuttle applications and SAP integrations. • Provide technical support to end-users and other developers. • Collaboration and Communication: • Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. • Communicate technical information clearly and effectively. • Other Responsibilities: • Stay updated with the latest Winshuttle features and best practices. • Participate in project planning and execution. • Mentoring and assisting other developers. • Provide pre-sales expertise and marketing collateral. Professional & Technical Skills: - Winshuttle Expertise: Strong knowledge of Winshuttle Studio, Composer, and Foundation. - SAP Knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of SAP systems and processes. - Data Management: Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). - Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Other Skills: Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation in Application Development - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
