Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components, ensuring operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Implement effective troubleshooting strategies. - Analyze and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain operational stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations. - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services. - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Infrastructure. - Experience in resolving incidents and problems in a technology support role. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
